I am a Certified Massage Therapist in the State of Virginia and Nationally Certified (NCBTMB) with specialized training in a variety of therapeutic modalities. I am a multi-discipline trained professional with a strong medical background. I have worked as a nurse in many different areas including ER, Coronary Intensive Care, Medical & Surgical Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care and Critical Care Transport. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and a Certified Group Exercise Instructor with 5 years of experience teaching both land and water exercise. I enjoy working with all age groups, however there is a special place in my heart for the geriatric population as well as those faced with life altering medical conditions such as arthritis, parkinson's disease, fibromyalgia, depression and cancer.
